WANTED: GWM (guy with money)

21 Malia Terrace is a magnificent home in my neighborhood for sale. But this 100 year old handsome house needs a LOT of work. I fear the next homeowner will just demolish this and build just another "McMansion" in it's place.

If you know of a homebuyer with $$ millions to put into this project - - send them to 21 Malia Terrace in Chestnut Hill. I'd like to see this handsome old house get saved.
