November has been no friend to rates - so far

Wow, as of today (Friday 11/6/15) the 1st week in November has brought on some bad news for interest rates. The price for fixed rates has got worse this week by 200 bp. This means that a zero (0.00) point rate last week is now a two (2.00) point rate this week.

Yuck!
