Waiting until the last minute to get started...

There is a tear down home across the street from me. The developer paid a whopping $2M for the land with plans to build a "Monster House". What is funky is that the contractor removed the old house in the spring but they waited until today (December 8th, 2015) to get started on the stie work and foundation?......we could have snow on the ground in 2 weeks and they will still be framing!?!

I expect that this is just the 1st of many blog complaints to come about the Monster House :)
