I would say that the South Boston real estate market is starting to get a little frothy. Take this listing at 8 Grimes Street, South Boston for $850,000.......it is proudly listed as "single family with adjacent lot".
Just 5 years ago it would likely have been more accurately described as "single family with driveway". :)
