This should never happen

It's noon on Sunday 4/3/2016. The multiple listing website mlspin.com is down. It's not working. It's not possible to log in, retrieve data, etc - - it's dead. This web site is real estate and Sunday at noon is surely "go time" for a lot of homebuyers and real estate professionals like myself.

Up until the 90s multiple listing was irreplaceable because they were the company that published the weekly books of active real estate listings. There are a handful of large websites, including Zillow, that could step in and replace mlspin.com.

The multiple listing website should never crash on Sunday afternoon.

Update: It's 2 pm now and the website is back online. Phew!
