You know you are in a seller's market when.......

Renderings? Since when do "renderings" count?

Previously, the seller's agent might include "room for pool and tennis court" within the text portion of the listing. Now I'm seeing renderings of property upgrades mixed in with the real pictures of the subject property. In this Needham listing, there is not actual pool or tennis court - - these pics are just renderings.

Another new thing I'm seeing at the open houses is a sloppy old original kitchen but "renderings" of a new chef's kitchen and a contractor quote.
