Not so heartbroken anymore.
I was heartbroken during my personal home search back in 2005 that I did not bid higher for 68 Coppermine, Topsfield. This home previously listed at $2.7M sold for a "yard sale" price at only $1.8M. Fast forward 13 years and the property was just listed again for sale at only $1,079,000. That is more than $700K less than the "yard sale" price a decade earlier.
Gheez, I'm not so heartbroken anymore!
I'm sharing this because many of my buyers are shopping in very competitive areas with explosive growth and limited supply. Isn't it interesting to see, just 20 miles away from Boston, that some real estate markets are NOT experiencing the same price increases as Brookline, Arlington, Needham, Lexington, etc.?
