Does your office guarantee to find borrowers the lowest rate?

No, but I am an approved broker for lenders with exceptionally competitive rates.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Where will I be sending my mortgage payments too?

Your loan will likely be sold to a large national lender after the closing.

 

 

 

 

Can Donald Malloy arrange a lender rate lock for me at the time of application?

Yes, the loan has to be (1) registered with the lender and (2) you need to have ordered and paid for the appraisal. To lock in this quickly you will need to recieve and ackowledge the lenders loan disclosures via email.

 

 

Can a homebuyer choose what company their loan is sold to?

I work with a lot of lenders and if a homebuyer has a preference, I can usually accommodate it. However, if you just want the lowest rate you are better off not restricting where I can place the loan.

 

 

 

Why does a homebuyer pay the application fees on a no points & no closing costs mortgage?

A borrower pays the appraisal fee of $455 after the loan is fully registered with the lender. The "no points & no closing costs" programs have a lender credit that is paid at closing.
